Learned Knowledge (IA)

When you receive a response from Biggy, you can provide feedback to help improve the accuracy of future responses.

On the Knowledge Corrections screen, admins can adjust the information Biggy learned from user feedback. For example, if a user provides incorrect or partially incorrect feedback, you can correct the information Biggy learns from on this page. You can also choose to auto-approve all knowledge corrections based on feedback given to Biggy.

By default, all user feedback and knowledge correction history appears on the page. You can filter the list using the User, Approval Status, Correction Type, or Time Period filters.
